Mamma Pazzo likes surround herself with friends, feel loved and spread love. She loves parties and debauchery. She’s well known in her native Sicily. However, a series of shady affairs have made her change her native Italy for Valencia.
La Mamma has’nt arrived here to start a new life. She’s arrived to continue it.

Once installed, she’s decided to make happy those around her. For that reason, she has launch a trattoria to become a link between all those who know her. A trattoria that will transport you to the most festive and playful Italy.

Mamma Pazzo’s trattoria is always open. And her kitchen too. Here you will always be welcome and you will never lack for any of its dishes: from its famous carbonara to its mythical pizzas, everything served here tells a hidden story full of pleasure. The one from Italy. The one from La Mamma.
